We started Homagica with a simple complaint: too many interiors get chosen from a catalogue and dropped into a room that was never measured for them. We work the other way — layout and light first, materials second, decoration last.

Homagica began in Pune with one designer and a frustration with how interior projects usually run — materials picked before the layout is settled, quotes that change halfway through, and nobody accountable for the whole space.
Nine years and 120+ projects later, that's still the whole method: understand how you actually live or work in a space, plan the layout and lighting around that, and only then bring in finishes and furniture.
